How Vefy keeps its work visible and accountable.

Vefy organizes evidence and context around public claims. It should never ask readers to trust hidden decisions. This page explains how reports are reviewed, where human judgment steps in, how conflicts are handled, and how changes stay on the record.

Our methodology

How a report moves from the first source to a public briefing.

Trust Index™ 2.0

The score is visible, component-based, and constrained.

Trust Index™ 2.0 exists to show how much evidentiary weight a public narrative carries right now. It is not a popularity score, a sentiment score, or a hidden truth machine.

Evidence Submission

Evidence origin is visible, but evidence still has to earn confidence.

Evidence Submission lets people add documents, screenshots, statements, and other supporting material to a report. Vefy reviews where it came from, how well it holds up, and how it fits with the broader record before it changes anything in the report.

Governance

Protected-entity review, editorial review, human oversight, then public release.

Governance exists to build trust, not to suppress information. Public protected-entity Vefy Reports can be analyzed, but they do not bypass review once flagged.
